August 12 2004

August 12 2004 - This is my last astropic until 2005 because I moved away to the other saide of the country. It was also a very quick pic before clouds rolled in. Taken with my 80mm telescope and canon G3.

August 8 2004 - All these moon images except for the last one (full moon pic) were taken with my 10" LX200 SCT. The entire moon pic was tekn with my 80mm telescope.

July 21 2004 - These sunspots were so big that they could be seen without the eid of a telescope! They are bigger then the entire earth! Anywyas the two sunspot images were taken with my 10" LX 200 SCT and the picture of Venus was taken with my 80mm telescope. All pictures were taken with canon G3 camera

June 8 2004 - This is an extreamly rare event and luckely unlike many other times this time it was sunny skies! This is Venus eclipsing the sun. I also added an animation. Pictures taken with 80 mm telescope and canon G3 digital camera.

February 24 2004 - This is another animation of Jupiter that shows how the moons orbit the planet. This is a series of images taken over a couple hour period with my 10" LX 200 and canon G3 camera.

February 15 2004 - These are so far my best images of Saturn again taken on a biterly cold night with my 10" LX200 and Canon G3 digital camera.

February 7 2004 - These images of Jupiter and the moon were taken on a VERY cold night but with fairly clear and good seeing. All images taken with 10" LX200 SCT and Canon G3 digital camera. A 2x barlow was used on all images! I included an animation of jupiter's GRS!
